摘要
Auditory neuropathy (AN) is a hearing disorder characterized by normal outer hair cell function and abnormal neural function at the level of VIIIth nerve. Normal otoacoustic emissions can be observed in patients with auditory neuropathy, but the differences from those in normal subjects still can be identified. Take the use of time-frequency distribution, this paper compared the frequencies and latencies of transient evokes otoacoustic emissions in AN ears and normal ears. A trend of longer latencies of 1-2 kHz components was found in AN group and a little more high frequency components can be observed in AN group
