摘要
The article offers a new filling of the notion "corporate culture", its key features are considered; the functional axiologic is demonstrated as well as the interaction between management and corporate culture. It is stated that culture of any organization undergoes the influence of the external environment which has its certain national features, traditions and viewpoints and provides a new by its contents, innovative basis for the phenomenon of corporate culture.
