摘要
We present and indirect measurement of the Young's and shear moduli in elastics rods using acoustic resonance spectroscopy. Few compressional and torsional modes are needed to evaluate dynamically both moduli. The technique we use yields both moduli with an error less than 0.5 %. We discuss extensively both the experimental technique and the theory behind it.
