摘要：

Labor flexibility is seldom shown in the research papers. In this paper, the definition of labor flexibility is discussed, and then an economic model is provided for the evaluation of labor flexibility, and at last an example is given to show that the method can help enterprises do the right decision to promote labor flexibility.
