摘要
This paper reports on the deposition of Nitrogen doped amorphous carbon (a-C:N) by Aerosol-assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition (AACVD) using natural source of camphor oil as the precursor material. 5 samples were deposited at 5 different deposition times from 15 min to 90 min, with 15 min interval for each sample. The highest slope of linear graph was noted at the sample with 45 min deposition time, showing the lowest electrical resistance of the sample. From I-V characteristic, the sample deposited at 45 min has the highest electrical conductivity due to high sp(2) carbon bonding ratio. Nanostructured behavior of N doped a-C:N was also investigated by FESEM micrograph resulting with the particle size less than 100nm.
