摘要
The possibilities of ICP-MS method for conducting structural studies at atomic level are shown using as the example zirconium- niobium alloys E110 and E125 and with the help of higher resolution mass-spectrometer with ionization in induction-connected plasma ELEMEENT2, which allows diagnose of impurity atoms and their migrations operatively and accurately. Using of ICP-MS method gives possibility to state redistribution of niobium in nanostructured zirconium alloys E110 and E125 under influence of electron irradiation.
