摘要
Recently, U-healthcare systems have been constructed using mobile RFID readers to accommodate user mobility requirements. However, RFID readers sometimes fail to recognize the patient's condition accurately, due to the collision of signals from multiple RFID tags emitting from patients. In such a case, erroneous information is provided to medical practitioners, which may cause serious problems for patient diagnosis. Thus, it is urgent to solve the signal collision problem of RFID tag signals. This study proposes a hypertension management system that implements a signal collision avoidance algorithm for RFID tags and enables accurate medical services for hypertension patients. The proposed system enables the mobile RFID reader to accurately recognize the RFID tag signals emitted from the patient by using OR logic. Moreover, the system adopts a multi-agent approach to provide and manage information on patient condition and automated medical service in a mobile environment. The proposed U-healthcare system can reduce fatal complications, such as accurate multi-agent information recognition, and provide timely, reliable and accurate treatment information appropriate for the specific condition and situation of the patient. Through close collaboration between hospitals and emergency centers, each patient's medical staff can quickly obtain disease information and apply appropriate treatment in response to emergency situation.
