摘要
A systematic study examining irradiation dose below and above the ablation threshold on fs-written waveguide structures in a-As2S3 thin films has been performed. Illumination conditions whereby no, reversible, and irreversible induced refractive index changes occurred in as-deposited and aged films were determined.
