摘要
Thermal annealing effect in multi-wall carbon nanotubes has been studied by electron spin resonance (ESR) in order to discuss transport properties. Before annealing two overlapping narrow signals have been observed in ESR but the higher field signal disappears after thermal annealing. The g-value and the line width for the two signals are determined from computer simulation. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
