摘要
Early strength of the stabilized sludge (in 3-day curing time) cannot be improved easily, so the mechanism of strength increase of stabilized sludge was studied in this paper by measuring the amount of chemical bonding water and comparing calculated strength based on theory of gel-space ratio with measured strength of stabilized sludge. The result showed cement in S/S sludge was not hydrated normally, the strength of stabilized sludge could be estimated by theory of gel-space ratio and Bentonite contributed to strength of samples treated by mixture of Bentonite and cement by its reaction with cement hydrated products. Finally, the way to improve the degree of hydration and stabilized sludge's early strength was discussed.
