摘要
The authors describe the development of social cognition of autistic children. Subsequently an account is given of a specific social cognition training, including the results of two pilot-studies on the effects of the training. The treatment particularly aims at the training of ''Theory-of-mind'' and indications have been found that an improvement in social behavior is caused by an improvement of social cognitive performance. Besides, suggestions are made for continued research into the effects of the social cognition training.
