The molecule interaction of adhesion interface and the surface properties of PB-NTO were first studied with XPS, FT-IR and other conventional analytic methods. As the result, the formation of hydrogen bond between polymer and > N-H of NTO is discovered. Hydrogen bond between NTO and different polymer was distinguished from each other. The stronger hydrogen bond, the less PB-NTO caused metal to corrode. Efficient action of metal to corrode was the hydrogen atom in NTO by analysis of corrosive material. The sequence of the hydrogen bond was as follows: NTO/PU > NTO/F246G > NTO/F2311 > NTO/PVB > NTO/AS > NTO/PS. When saturated NTO solution was used as the carrier instead of pure water, effective percentage of NTO had not lost in PB-NTO. This method overcomes the technological quiz in which safe water suspension could not be used in bonded NTO.
