摘要
Pressure transducer is widely used in industry and many other fields. A calibrated pressure transducer can be used to increase the performance of precision instrumentation in mechanical engineering. Calibration is a key way to ensure the pressure transducer with a high accuracy and a good dynamic characteristic. Unfortunately, current method of calibration can only be usually used inside the laboratory where there is a good condition and merely one pressure transducer can be calibrated at one time. Therefore the calibration efficiency could hardly meet the requirement of modern industry and production with a high efficiency. A dynamic and fast calibration technology with a calibration device and a corresponding data processing method is proposed in this paper. The pressure transducer to be calibrated can be placed in a small cavity chamber. The whole calibration process only contains a single loop. The outputs of each calibrated transducer can be recorded automatically by using the control terminal. LabView programming is used for the information acquisition and succeeding data processing. The performance of the repeatability and nonlinear indicators can be figured out directly after the measurement. The pressure transducer can be calibrated simultaneously in the experiment so as to verify the suggested approach. The experimental result also shows that this method can be used effectively to calibrate the pressure transducer in the practical engineering measurement.
