摘要
This report highlights the main UK copyright decisions in 2020, which relate to the right to communicate the work to the public in the context of hotlinking; copyright subject matter; the use of cheat software in videogames; and website blocking injunctions. It also discusses the implications of the end of the Brexit transition period for copyright law in the UK.
