摘要
On the basis of dividing the development of structure holes into four stages from the life-cycle perspective, this paper introduces Lotka-Volterra model to explore the evolution of enterprise innovation ability in different life-cycle stages; and construct dynamic evolution model of enterprise innovation ability. Then we choose bio-pharmaceutical industry in Jilin province as research object and employ system dynamics method to simulate the evolution track of enterprise innovation ability. The results show that at competition and cooperation among enterprises play an important role in promoting the formation and development of structural holes. At different stages of the structural holes lifecycle, core enterprise and non-core enterprise presents different evolutionary trajectories. The evolutionary trajectory of core enterprise presents an inverted U-shaped curve, and the evolutionary trajectory of non-core enterprise presents near S- shaped curve.
