摘要：
By means of conventional X-Ray research of the breast thoracic cavity in a 59-year-old female patient a tumour structure was found above the diaphragm on the left side, After immediately performed percutaneous aspiration of this structure kidney cells were presented. The immediate ultrasound and intravenous pyelography proved the ectopic intrathoracic kidney. Altough intrathoracic kidney appears very seldom, by diagnostic proceeding such misforms should also be taken into consideration in order to be able to perform the logic diagnostic proceeding.
