摘要：

Pregnancy and the use of pregnancy hormones (estrogen and progestin) in hormonal contraceptives increase the risk of developing blood clots. Women with a history of VTE, whether or not they are on anticoagulation, should be aware of these increased risks and, with their partners and their physicians, have a plan in place for pregnancy and contraception. © SAGE Publications.
