摘要
A major triterpenoid saponin was isolated from the leaves extract of Acer velutinum. This compound was characterized as 21 beta,22 alpha-O-diangeloylprotoaescigenin 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 -> 2)][beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 -> 4)]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl acid. Its structure was elucidated by (1)H, gCOSY, ROESY, gHSQC, gHMBC NMR as well as ESI-MS experiments. Isolated saponin exhibited in vitro cytotoxicity against HL-60, B16-F0 and BALB/3T3 cell lines.
