摘要：

Variation of Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe contents dissolved in surface waters of a small catchment (NW Spain) during 3 different periods of soil use and/or agricultural practices is analyzed. The aim of this study is to establish the influence of these factors on the concentration of the soluble fraction of these metals in waters. These periods are characterized basically as: (1) Agricultural catchment with application of slurries (bovine and porcine), mostly by means of cistern, (2) grassland and cultivated lands with. massive contributions of slurries at the uppermost part of the catchment, (3) forest land and cessation of slurry application. Assessment of the evolution of the soluble fraction concentration of these metals allowed to differentiate the 3 periods mentioned above, although with different degrees of clarity.
