摘要
Data mining is an important technology in CRM. We can combine the surface and insequence information by data mining technology, and then reveal potential associations and rules for use of guidance and decision in CRM. Association Rule is one of the most important themes, searching of association rule can help to discover the relation of different kind of commodities in trade database and find the buy action mode of the. customers. It analyzes the algorithm apriori and it's improved algorithm of association rules, and apply them in the data mining of the action of the customers in CRM, then expound the, application in CRM of the algorithm apriori of association rules.
