摘要
The author reviews Richard Lynn's book Eugenics: A Reassessment, and challenges Lynn's claim that the Chinese have shown themselves to be superior in creative ability to the Caucasoids except since the Renaissance, and also Lynn's hypothesis that if the Chinese adopt eugenic policies and obtain worldwide hegemony, its leaders will necessarily evolve benevolent leadership to the peoples of other nations and races.
