States, International Organizations and Technology: Actors of a Non-Modern Network

The relationship between International Organizations and States is usually analyzed as a rational social phenomenon; however, this article proposes that the interaction between the two is a network that must be studied from the association of the subjects. Also, it is considered that the dynamics of international society cannot be explained only from the interaction between States and International Organizations, but that Information Technologies have transformed the network to the point of becoming a new agent that contributes to the transformation of the chain of translations of the international society, as proposed by the postulates of the Agent-Network Theory.
