摘要
Effects of lanthanum doping on the dielectric and ferroelectric propel-ties of Pb(Zn(1/3)Nb(2/3))(0.3)-(Zr(0.55)Ti(0.45))(0.7)O(3) system ceramics around morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) compositions were presented Samples were prepared by the columbite precursor method. X-ray diffraction results revealed that La-doping stabilized tetragonal phase against rhombohedral phase, and promoted the formation of pyrochlore phase. Dielectric properties indicated that La-doping enhanced the degree of diffuse phase transition. thus improving thermal stability. Hysteresis loop studies revealed that La-doping could decrease coercive field. and increase remnant polarization. La-doping, reduced the concentration of oxygen vacancies. thus increased the electrical resistivity (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved
