Restoration of TV signals by analog means

Restoration of video information may be provided by digital means with using noise steady coding and decoding of initial information with introduced in it some surplusment. But initial television information, in the form of analog videosignals, possesses considerable surplusment, cause man's brain gets less than 1% of reproduced on TV screen information. This so-called physiological video information surplusment at present is not used in television. But it is used in following means of videosignal restoration that allows to improve considerably horizontal sharpness of image with increasing noise suppression.
