摘要：

This article adapting software engineering method and Using the production knowledge expression technology, design the build-up of knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, knowledge base and reasoning mechanism, finally set up an expert assessment system based on the consequence of the public servants' physique fitness test as well as to provide a tool for them to know their health status on time.
