摘要：

Plasticizing systems with standard screws continue to cover a very wide range of applications in injection moulding. Nevertheless, in melting engineering plastics or for high outputs with polyolefins, they still come up against their limits. For such cases, special screws and high performance screws are available. The performance of barrier screws, in particular, has considerably increased.
