摘要
Evolutionary behavior of various satellites in solar system has been studied analytically and numerically by taking into account the appropriate data and the equations of motion. The equation of motion is that of the spin-orbit type containing effects of solar radiation, tidal and some other perturbing forces. Numerical results show that a number of satellites of various planets move chaotically or irregularly. Sonic numerical results indicate significant and interesting results on evolutionary behaviour. The study further reveals the fact that our solar system is not the paradigm of order and regularity.
