摘要：
Extramedullary plasmacytomas are extremely rarely diagnosed in after local excision as the only treatment. Surgical treatment without children. We report two cases of extramedullary plasmacytorna anti-neoplastic therapy in pediatric plasma cell clyscrasias of the detected coincidentally in the adenectomy specimens of children pharyngeal lymphoid tissue may be a sufficient curative therapy.
