摘要：

A new approach to the non-template synthesis of circular oligodeoxyribonucleotides containing flexible non-nucleotidic linkers has been developed. Using this technique a set of circular molecules representing triple helix forming, antisense and guanosine tetrad containing oligonucleotides has been obtained.
