摘要：

The effect of a feedback control strategy on the steady Marangoni convection in a fluid layer with variable viscosity and free-slip at the lower boundary is investigated theoretically using linear stability analysis. The fluid layer bounded above by a deformable free surface and below by a rigid surface. Prediction for the onset of convection are obtained from the analysis by numerical technique. It is shown that increase the controller gains have a stabilizing effect.
