摘要:
We have reported the magneto-transport properties of (1-x)% La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(LSMO) - x% WAX (x=0,0.1,0.2,1.0) nanocomposites at 300K. The LSMO grains of all the composites are encapsulated by wax layer, which acts as an intergrain electron transport barrier between neiboring LSMO grains. We have observed the an enhancement of low field magneto resistance (<200 Oe) at room temperature, which increases with wax content from 0 to 0.2% attributing the larger spin polarized tunneling through intergrain wax barrier.
