摘要：
Supplier selection is a challenging problem in Supply Chain Management. To better the selection process, a two-stage HFPR model with multiplicative consistency is proposed. Also, this model adds a new factor level of evaluation index to previous studies, which leads to the results with accuracy. Besides, data loss or distortion is avoided, and the hesitation of decision-makers can be considered in the process, too. This new model is tightly connected with the practical problems. Finally, this paper provides the feasibility of this kind of original method by an example.
