摘要：

The TR module is the key part of radar system, its performance directly affects the design of radar system. The miniaturization and low cost of the TR module will greatly promote the development of radar system. This paper presents the design of TR module for X band with MCM technology. The packaging design has the performance of high integration, excellent heat dissipation and high reliability, and can be applied to the x-band 2D active phased array.
