摘要
A low voltage dualband low noise amplifier (LNA) is presented in this paper. A folded cascode topology is used to reduce the supply voltage. The supply voltage is only 0.7V. A concurrent dualband frequency response is achieved by using a broadband input matching network with a band-reject filter. The operating frequencies are 2-2.5GHz and 4.24.8GHz. The voltage gains are 16.7dB at 2.2GHz and 14.8dB at 4.6GHz. The noise figures are 3.53dB at 2.2GHz and 2.52dB at 4.6GHz. The power consumption is only 7.76mW.
