摘要:
Through the analysis of compensation mechanism of corporation executives according to systematic thinking, we found that three main questions exist in most corporate executives compensation All the problems have a negative impact on the overall performance of enterprises. The paper propose the method that to strengthen the power of democratic supervision of trade unions in addition to executives, can create checks and balances on corporate executives in enterprises and to solve a series of questions brought about by current compensation system of corporate executives, and protect the achievement of goals that corporate set for executives incentives.
