摘要：
The paper presents an algorithm and a programme for monitoring and supervisory control, as a part of a SCADA system, for automatic control of the fed-batch fermentation process for the production of yeast, using a Personal Computer, a B Braun Biostat(R) C Lab scale fermentation unit and a LabVIEW(TM) as driver software. Hardware and software parts for data acquisition and set point changes of the control systems are described and discussed. LabVIEW(TM) code is presented. The programme automates the operation of the lab scale fermentation unit. It is safe, stable and operational.
