摘要
The synthesis of propyl acetate from acetic acid and propanol with rare earth solid superacid as catalyst was studied. The influential factors of reaction were investigated. Results show that the appropriate conditions are: molar ratio of propanol to acetic acid was 4 : 1; Catalyst's weight was 1.0g (the amount of 0.1 molar acetic acid); Toluene is used as water-carrying reagent with 0.5 mL; Reaction time was 2.5 h. The yield of propyl acetate is about 89.5 %.
