摘要：

Metastases of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma to either the pancreas or the adrenal glands are rare. We hereby presented the 18F-FDG PET/CT images of a 21-year-old man initially diagnosed with chondrosarcoma of the right 11th rib. His 18F-FDG PET/CT scan after radiotherapy demonstrated 2 hypermetabolic lesions in the right adrenal gland and the pancreas, respectively. These 2 lesions were later confirmed by biopsy to be metastatic mesenchymal chondrosarcoma. © Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. All rights reserved.
