摘要
The connection of transmission line grounding conductors directly affects the long-term safe operation of power grid lines. It is an important supervision project of project quality. Domestic transmission line projects generally use the construction method of crimping of pipe sleeves. Construction operation is an important hidden project. At present, the ground wire crimping at the construction site is mainly carried out manually, and the process has the disadvantages of low efficiency and large human factors. This article reviews the existing crimping technology and the development and design of crimping machines. It investigates advanced wire crimping technology and wire cutting and stripping technology, and develops automatic wire crimping platforms, intelligent detection technology, and wire crimping / The research on stripping technology realizes automatic control and intelligent management, which greatly improves the efficiency of production operations and reduces the impact of human factors on project quality.
