摘要：
Project-related environmental factors can have an important impact on success or failure of projects. An appropriate management with consideration of these factors is only possible if the projects explicitly know and involve their environment in project planning, project control and project monitoring. For this reason, a detailed understanding of possible stakeholders and their possibilities of influence is key to successful project management and focus of this paper.
