The need to follow the path of transformation to which the current contexts in education challenge us implies looking at their genesis and reflecting on the place where the first voices that will dress the classrooms are outlined and structured. This initial formative effort triggers a series of processes that will have an impact on children, young people and adults, and even on the constructs that underpin society. The aim of this paper is to generate a reflection and analysis on the need to open up spaces for educational innovation in initial teacher training through a proposal that allows the trainee teacher to have the possibility of learning from experience and collaborative work, about the multiple possibilities of creating, transforming and advancing towards an education for all hand in hand with innovation. The proposal seeks to contribute to the need to train teachers hand in hand with innovation, with a view to favouring the spaces for transformation that inclusive education requires and, in this way, aims to move towards training that is adapted to the reality of the territories, but which favours the participation and learning of all.
