摘要
A gold electrode have been modified by first exposing it overnight to a solution of octadecanethiol and then casting a pure phosphatidylcholine layer. The Cyclic Voltammetry of some organic pharmaceuticals was studied on the surface of this new type of electrode, This two step modified electrode gives precious information concerning the electrochemical behaviour of drugs at the lipid-water interface. The resulting electrodes exhibit lower background currents and higher mechanical stability than the classical glassy carbon or carbon paste modified electrodes. Analytical performances of these electrodes are discussed in this preliminary results by presenting them as a new twist to multilayer modified electrodes.
