摘要：
We present the millimeter-wave hybrid spectrometer for investigation of rotational and vibration-rotation spectra and spectra of an internal hindered rotation of complex polar molecules in a frequency region 15-119GHz. Scientific outcomes of investigation of the rotation spectrum of a (CD3)(2)CDOH molecule (trans-rotamer) are also presented.
