Rapid sintering of lead zirconate titanate ceramics at low temperature by spark plasma sintering

摘要
Dense PZT ceramics were fabricated at 1030degreesC under the pressure of 15MPa by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technology. The morphology of the fracture surface of PZT ceramics was observed by SEM. The effects of sintering temperature and pressure on density were studied and the mechanism of SPS was also discussed.
