摘要
Building service-oriented government and improving public services delivery performance is a main task facing contemporary Chinese government. Learning from the experiences of others countries will be necessarily helpful for quickening the reform step, reducing the cost of reform, avoiding the risk of reform, public services delivery performance and promoting the construction of building public service-oriented government. In order to get to the benefits listed above, in this article we will inquire the meaning and characteristics of privatization reform of public services in the OECD countries. We will analyze the process and approaches of privatization reform in the OECD countries. Finally while not the least important, we discussed the implications for advancing the public services reform in China from the macro and micro perspectives.
