摘要：

Educational Modeling Language (EML) is a language to design the construction of E-learning resources. This research describes the features of mobile teaming resources based on EML application characteristics, and then conducts a detailed analysis on the application of EML in mobile teaming resources construction. As a consequence, it proposes a construction model of mobile teaming resource objects and provides an analysis of the key factors in the model. At the end of the paper is a case of constructing the mobile teaming resource objects of the College English in the application.
