摘要
Prostate cancer is the actual problem of oncourology due to the steady increase in incidence. Despite active use of prostate cancer screening methods and introduction of new diagnostic markers into practice, the problem of overdiagnosis and over-treatment of this disease remains relevant. MicroRNAs are a promising biomarker, whose diagnostic and prognostic significance for prostate cancer is being actively studied now. This review provides information on microRNAs detected in the tissues of the prostate gland, blood and urine of patients with prostate cancer.
