摘要：

Management Information System construction is a complex system engineering,, which must be guided by the System Science theory and method. This paper introduces the basic ideas of System Science, makes Management Information System as the research object and brings forward the thought that applies the integrity theory, structure theory, openness theory and system efficiency evaluation method to Management Information System construction, which provides the references to research and development of Management Information System.
