Experimental study on hysteretic behaviors of panel during multi-axial cyclic loadings

摘要
The purpose of this study is to propose the simple numerical analysis method for panel zone (multi-axial panel model), subjected to the combined action of axial and shear forces from the column and bending moments from adjoining beams. For this purpose, loading tests for panel zone were performed under various loading paths, such as simultaneous loading and sequential loading of axial force and shear force. The numerical analysis of panel zone under multi-axial loads was carried out and the material properties were determined from the proposed hysteretic model under multi-axial stress. Comparing between the numerical analysis and test showed that the proposed multi-axial panel model was able to predict the hysteretic behavior of panel zone subjected to multi-axial cyclic loadings.
