摘要
Uniformly distributed periodic nanostructures based on wurtzite ZnO and monoclinic CuO have potential applications in nanooptics, nanoelectronics, nanocatalysis, bioengineering etc. However, there are currently no effective methods on which to base an industrial production technology of the oxide semiconductor nanocomposite ZnO / CuO. For the purpose of synthesizing ZnO nanowires on the surface of brass L62, pulse-periodic laser treatment of the metal material is realized. In the study of the forced oscillations, the maximum values of vibration rate were found to occur at frequencies corresponding to the natural vibration frequencies. The possibility of forming ZnO / CuO nanocomposite material using preliminary surface etching of the copper-zinc alloy was researched. During etching there was a dezincification that is change of surface structure of the Cu-Zn alloy samples as a result of gradient selective dissolution of zinc. It has been found that thermal oxidation products differ in dependence on the initial composition of the surface after the use of a pulsed-periodic laser treatment. (C) 2017 The Authors.
